At Amael, each order is prepared with care and calm. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on all orders above CHF 150.
Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Carriers
Deliveries are handled by trusted national and international partners such as Swiss Post, and Poste Italiane.
Important Notes
Amael Design is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays due to postal carriers or customs processes
- Lost or stolen packages in transit
- Customs duties or import taxes
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Packages left unattended or missing from unsafe delivery locations
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
